This scenario can be adapted for the planning and management of a country, state, or city in the mitigation of climate change to policy and adoption of renewable energy.

Malaria Vector Control
As an entomologist, you decide which pesticide is best used in five varied districts in a country threatened by an increase of malaria. Your challenges to overcome are changing weather patterns, choosing which district to set up a testing center based on local interviews, and choosing the right dosage of pesticide for the species of mosquito in play, following UN protocols and referring to current scientific data.
This scenario can be adapted for the planning and management of any use of pesticide or medicine requiring access to on-the-ground information and scientific data. Key outcome is reduced morbidity of population and mitigation of resistance to treatment.

As a mission control manager for a corporate flight to Mars, you manage a varied team of experts to build a minimum viable ship within a tight deadline and budget, while determining which additional features and benefits can be included for meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction. Key principles of Agile Development are utilized such as Agility, Influence, and Stories are referenced in the scenario.
This scenario can be adapted for the planning and management of any project that requires a diverse team of professionals working together to create an MVP for a demanding client with limited time and resources such as Lean Management. Key outcome is the core elements of a project completed with additional requirements to meet customer needs.

What is the MyScenario Development Kit?

Our Development Kit includes a step-by-step guide for the development of a scenario, a box of reusable components that can be used to develop an effective and meaningful scenario, and a guide for individuals, teachers, coaches, and counselors to use for using MyScenario™ Development Kit. We have used these components and methodology for a variety of settings and have found it to be extremely effective.
